ALVERNO HEIGHTS ACADEMY

GGA has been partnering with the Alverno Heights Academy for over 20 years in furthering their mission of empowering young learners to reach their full potentials. The overriding goals were to develop and improve the campus within its existing historical fabric, provide enclosed gathering spaces, and design facilities that advance educational opportunities and support Alverno’s ever growing STEM and academic curriculum. GGA lead the Academy through its growth in developing a new elementary lower campus and optimizing their existing campus space utilization. We recently led the academy through the process of a City-approved master plan which included extensive consideration and balancing of concerns regarding traffic, noise, compliance with local zoning codes, alignment with institutional goals, and preservation of historic assets and existing planning on campus. The master plan was successfully approved by the City Planning Commission and City Council.
