We are currently hiring at all levels of experience, from Junior (1-3), Intermediate (4-8), and Senior (9+). Candidates should have strong design & technical skills, be capable of working collaboratively and independently and, based on experience, able to manage multiple projects under the supervision of Senior Leadership.

- Passion for social issues and the belief that design can make a difference.
- Resourcefulness, curiosity, and “can do” collaborative spirit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with all phases of development (from Concept to Construction Administration), based on level of experience.
Qualifications:
- BArch or MArch from accredited university.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Rhino, digital fabrication, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Experience in affordable housing and education projects is desired, but not a prerequisite.
- Hand drawing, model building, and sketching skills are desired.
