We are currently hiring at a Senior Project Architect level with 10+years of experience and a strong background in K-12 public school projects . To start, the position will be focused on the construction administration phase of a multi-phase school project. Beyond this initial assignment, the role would consist of leading project teams through all phases of design and documentation on a variety of education, residential and civic projects. Candidates should have strong technical skills, have a love for construction, quality assurance, detailing, and constructability. Be capable of leading project team(s), working collaboratively, and providing professional guidance and mentoring to younger team members. Able to manage multiple projects under the supervision of Senior Leadership.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong soft skills and ability to manage and collaborate effectively.
- Resourcefulness, curiosity, and “can do” collaborative spirit.
- Passion for social issues and the belief that design can make a difference.
Qualifications:
- BArch or MArch from accredited university.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Experience in affordable housing and education projects is desired, but not a prerequisite.
- Hand drawing and sketching skills are desired.
