Highly multi-function, the facility includes banquet hall, separate large multi-purpose room, exercise /classrooms, exhibition space, and integrated adjacent outdoor venues.
Split in two by a challenging utility easement, the design leverages the separation to create discrete use zones, and additionally symbolizes both the diversity and the unity of the Rowland Heights Community.
