LAC + USC Restorative Care Village
CENTURY HOUSING
Located on the campus of LA County USC hospital, Bienestar will provide a critical phase to the larger Restorative Care Village providing 300 units of permanent supportive housing, access and navigation to comprehensive services from community partners, economic and workforce development incubators, and a wealth of private and public green space – all through the holistic integration of architecture and landscape. Moving away from the traditional model of illness based care, Bienestar embraces and enhances the “whole health” of individuals leading to proven positive outcomes in healing and recovery of both physical and behavioral health outcomes.
